Uncover more of the alliance between the Renegade Tumeroks and Lugians and the Burun.
When this quest was first added, Royal Guard Gabrielle had a specific rumor related to the starting location. In its current state, there is very little information to get you started on this quest. Gabrielle will tell you the general area where the dungeon may be found, but the majority of her dialog is related to the Noble Weapons Quest.
Walkthrough & Notes[]
- Optional: Speak to Royal Guard Gabrielle at 10.5N, 58.2E in Rithwic. She will tell you the general areas where six different renegade/burun locations may be found, including this one.
- Go to the Renegade Stronghold at 34.4S, 64.8E near Shoushi.
- Route: Town Network to Shoushi, run west to the West Shoushi Outpost and continue west to the Fycheck Outpost.
- From the dungeon drop, take the first left (west) at the 4-way intersection. At the next intersection, take the left (south) hall. At the T intersection, take the left (west) again. From here the dungeon is linear.
- In the final room, grab the Strong Iron Key off of the stone desk.
- Once you have the key, exit the dungeon. Proceed to the Renegade Camp at 31.3S, 58.9E.
- Route: Town Network to Sawato, run south to the camp.
- Use the key to unlock the Renegade Chest. Loot the chest to obtain your rewards:
- Use a Mortar and Pestle on the Refined Chorizite Chunk to obtain 20 Ground Chorizite.

- Royal Guard Gabrielle tells you, "It has come to our attention that the Lord Kresovus has managed to get a warrior into the Renegade army. According to the latest reports from High Queen Elysa this warrior is currently stationed in the Renegade Fortress in the direlands. He has earned much trust and been appointed to a position of some authority."
- Royal Guard Gabrielle tells you, "For the past several days Captain K'rank, the lugian in charge of this operation and several other investigations for High Queen Elysa and our allies, has been waiting for a report. He fears the worst and needs our help in trying to contact the lugian spy, Toberik."
- Royal Guard Gabrielle tells you, "We're also monitoring other situations as well: Fadsahil's old shop in the A'mun desert, the Blackmire Swamp near Yanshi, the southern border of the Blackmire Swamp heading toward Shoushi, the Direlands Swamp in what used to be the Sclavus Cathedral there, near Stonehold and along the Prosper River."
- Royal Guard Gabrielle tells you, "If you can make your way to the Renegade fortress in the direlands and find this lugian I am certain that your efforts would be rewarded."

- Royal Guard Gabrielle tells you, "Greetings. You're arrival is providence. I've been informed of a cluster of Renegades that have found their way to southern edge of the Blackmire Swamp. We need to keep them away from the Burun. If the items that Aun Laokhe found last month are any indication, the Renegades mean to form an alliance with these Burun invaders."
- Royal Guard Gabrielle tells you, "If you're also up to the task, there have been reports of Renegades in the swamp east of Yanshi heading toward Dryreach, near Fadsahil's shop in the A'mun desert and in the Direlands swamp."
